Triangle Solutions is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our Barcelona team. The role involves answering incoming calls, handling orders, changes and returns to ensure timely deliveries and satisfaction.

You will provide high-quality service across channels, contribute to sales, and work in a dynamic, international environment with a one-month temporary contract starting soon. The position is based in Barcelona, Spain.

About the position

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers
• Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
• Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales

What we offer:

Contract: Temporary contract of 1 month

Salary: 18.735 € gross/year

Schedule: 38,5 hours/week, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00

One week of unpaid training prior to the start of the contract on November 9th.
