CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Barcelona is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead the team coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed on time and to standard.

You will oversee daily activities, manage schedules, review work order data, present progress reports to management, and drive efficiency improvements while modeling CBRE RISE values.

• Serve as point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.

• Review data from work order reports and present performance updates to management.
• Develop and oversee planning for cleaning and disinfecting schedules.
• Conduct cost comparisons when evaluating new vendors and services.
• Track facility expenses and report on budget variances.
• Resolve complex problems to meet team objectives.
• Introduce new techniques to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to build consensus.

About the Role: As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management. Make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.
• Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
• Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
• Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
