Job summary

Minor Hotels Barcelona seeks a skilled F&B Cluster MarCom Manager to craft and execute marketing and communications strategies for multiple outlets. You will drive branding, digital presence, PR, and campaigns across the Barcelona cluster, aligning with global standards.

You will oversee budgets, supplier coordination, and reporting to the General Manager, with a focus on luxury hospitality and cross‑hotel coordination.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in Spanish; high level of English.
• Experience in Hospitality/Tourism/Luxury sectors preferred.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for F&B outlets across the cluster.
• Define and implement the Marketing & Communication plan for outlets.
• Ensure branding and visual/concept consistency for each restaurant.
• Manage digital communications: social media, calendars, and agency coordination.
• Lead PR activities: press trips, press releases, hosting journalists and influencers.
• Oversee campaigns, activations, and performance KPIs; report to GM.
• Coordinate across hotels; share best practices and maintain brand alignment.
• Manage suppliers/agencies and monitor budgets; prepare country/region reports.
