Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas seeks an F&B Cluster MarCom Manager to develop and execute marketing and communications for multiple hotel outlets. You will shape plans, ensure brand consistency, and drive digital, PR, and events across a regional cluster.

You will lead campaigns, coordinate agencies, and analyze KPIs while collaborating with GM and cross-functional teams to optimize performance and visibility.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for F&B outlets across multiple hotels within a cluster or region.
• Establish and adapt the Marketing & Communication plan for outlets throughout the year.
• Ensure visual and conceptual consistency for each outlet and develop all stationery and materials required.
• Handle digital communications: manage social media, coordinate with agencies and e-commerce, and optimize presence on key platforms.
• Coordinate PR plans for each outlet hotel; draft/ review press releases and organize national/international press trips.
• Oversee campaigns and activations, ensuring promotions and events are properly implemented.
• Establish KPIs, track performance, and consolidate reports; monitor websites and basic SEO; analyze competition and trends.
• Coordinate regionally and cross-functionally to align brand strategy; share best practices across hotels.
• Manage suppliers and external agencies, approve deliverables, and monitor budgets.
• Establish annual restaurant marketing budgets with GM and relevant departments; prepare consolidated regional reports.
