MEININGER Hotels is seeking a hands-on F&B Manager for MEININGER Hotel Barcelona Fira Gran Via. Lead the Service & Bar departments, ensure quality standards, cost control, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic hotel/hostel hybrid environment. You’ll manage a diverse team of around 10, focusing on training, coaching, and development.

English and Spanish fluency (min. B2) required; other languages advantageous. On-site role with regular shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience in a hotel/hostel or HoReCa, including management experience.
• Experience in conducting F&B training and coaching.
• Keen eye for detail, opportunities for improvement and implementation.
• Confident with numbers, POS/cash register closures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead F&B operations in collaboration with Hotel Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Ensure internal/external standards and supplier relations.
• Control stock, costs, and produce monthly inventories and P&L reports.
• Implement and monitor MEININGER quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and develop a team of ~10, including recruitment with Hotel Manager.
• Train, coach and mentor the team to reach full potential.
• Be flexible with working days, including weekends/holidays.
• Support other departments as needed.
