Salesforce in Madrid seeks an Executive Technology Architect to guide strategic architectural modernization for top ISV partners, driving agentic AI adoption and platform governance.
You will advise Partner CTOs, define readiness, and align roadmaps with revenue goals while building trusted executive relationships. This role offers high visibility and impact within Salesforce, shaping next-gen software on the Salesforce platform.
Formación
- 10+ years in technical leadership (CTO/VP Eng) in SaaS/ISV.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform evolution, Agentic AI, and Data Cloud.
- Strong enterprise architecture skills: integration, data modeling, identity, multi-cloud, event-driven patterns.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite and drive change without direct authority.
- History of aligning technology roadmaps with business revenue goals.
- Hands-on AI/ML knowledge, working with LLMs, RAG, governance.
Responsabilidades
- Provide strategic architectural advisory to partners and executive leadership.
- Lead COE governance and define readiness for partner products.
- Foster relationships between partner tech leaders and Salesforce product teams.
- Define technical success blueprint and ensure modernization milestones.
- Drive agentic AI transformation and practical prototype development.
- Represent Voice of the Partner to influence roadmap.
