You will drive API design, data integration, and standards for Apex, LWC, and Flow while shaping AI‑assisted development across the platform. Global deployments and customer impact await.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 5 years hands-on with Salesforce (Apex, LWC).
• Strong architecture skills for complex, secure enterprise systems.
• Experience with API design and integration patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Act as design authority for technical designs across the team.
• Define architecture standards and documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Evaluate buy vs. build decisions for applications and integrations.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance across Salesforce and connected systems.
• Hands-on development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (min 50%).
• Mentor developers through code reviews and coaching.
• Oversee release management and DevOps CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with BA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
