OneTrust is seeking a (Senior) Principal Solutions Engineer to shape the technical strategy for AI and data governance at the enterprise level in Madrid. You will partner with Account Executives to drive deals and influence CIO/CISO teams, translating complex requirements into scalable governance architectures.

You will raise the bar for the Solutions Engineering organization, building repeatable approaches, reusable patterns, and strong GTM positioning as AI governance expands across customers.

Formación

• 10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Sales.
• Strong experience working with enterprise customers on complex software decisions.
• Strong technical grounding in SaaS, cloud, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Background in one or more of AI, data, security, privacy, risk, or compliance.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and partner with Account Executives to drive deal progression and win outcomes.
• Engage senior stakeholders including CIO, CISO, AI, Risk, and Data leaders in high-impact conversations.
• Design end-to-end AI and data governance solutions, translating requirements into scalable architectures and workflows.
• Lead deep discovery, position against alternatives, and deliver POCs showing technical fit and business value.
• Build reusable solution patterns, demos, and best practices that scale across the organisation, while mentoring other SEs.
