Making Science in Madrid is seeking a Salesforce Core Team Lead with solid functional and technical experience to guide teams on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects, manage client relationships, and drive the adoption of generative AI capabilities such as Agentforce and Einstein Copilot.

You will mentor junior and mid-level consultants, coordinate planning and quality, and participate in pre-sales activities, while ensuring delivery excellence across Retail, Real Estate, Banking, Energy or

Formación

• 6–9 years in Salesforce consulting with at least 1 year leading teams.
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certification experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and security.
• Proficient in Salesforce automations (Flow, Process Builder, Approvals).
• Experience in reports/dashboards and agile release management.
• Ability to discuss architecture decisions with developers (non hands-on).
• Spanish and English fluency for international projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams of functional/technical consultants on Salesforce projects.
• Act as functional reference for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Manage client relationships, requirements, solutions, and deliverables.
• Coordinate planning, estimations, and quality of team deliveries.
• Drive adoption of generative AI in Salesforce (Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder).
• Mentor and develop junior/mid-level team members.
