Jobtailor in Madrid seeks an enthusiastic events assistant to host guided tours, manage inquiries, and support event logistics in the Stock Exchange Palace area. You will help develop tour materials and speeches, learn stock market context, and work closely with the events team to ensure smooth planning, preparation, and execution.

Afternoons availability is required (14:00–19:00, Mon–Fri), with strong English and Spanish skills and excellent organizational abilities.

Formación

• Afternoons availability 14:00–19:00, Mon–Fri.
• Fluent or strong command of English and Spanish (B2+).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead guided tours and manage inquiries via mail/phone.
• Support event managers with planning, execution, and registration.
• Develop materials and speeches for tours, learning stock market context.
• Provide on-site support at events and assist the events team.
