Jobtailor in Madrid is seeking a part-time assistant to guide tours and assist in event management. You will handle inquiries, support in preparing materials, and gain knowledge about stock market history around the Stock Exchange Palace.

You will collaborate with the events team, manage communications, and provide on-site support for events, requiring strong organization, flexibility, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Formación

• Willingness to work in a dynamic, global environment with good communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and personal flexibility are required.
• Ability to collaborate, work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish (B2 minimum).
• Experience hosting virtual events is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out guided tours and support on-site at events.
• Oversee mailbox and answer inquiries for guided tours.
• Manage all incoming requests via mail and telephone.
• Collaborate in developing materials and speeches for tours.
• Acquire knowledge about stock market history surrounding the Stock Exchange Palace.
• Support event managers in planning, preparing, execution and registration.
• Provide ad hoc support to the events team in daily work.
• Provide on-site support at events.
