Responsibilities

• Carry out the guided tours
• Oversee mailbox and answer inquiries for guided tours
• Administrating and managing all incoming requests (mail/telephone)
• Collaboration in the development of the materials and speeches for the guided tours
• Acquiring knowledge and history related to the stock market and its surroundings (Stock Exchange Palace)
• Support the event managers in all aspects of event management (planning, preparing, execution, event material, invitation and registration management, etc.)
• Provide ad hoc support to the events team in their daily work
• On-site support at events

Qualifications

• Studies in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, Business Administration or Event Organization
• Ability to work in a dynamic and global environment with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and personal flexibility
• Willingness to collaborate and work autonomously paired with good time management skills
• Very good level of spoken and written English and Spanish (B2 minimum)
• Experience in hosting virtual events is an advantage
