Jobtailor in Madrid seeks an energetic Events Assistant to lead guided tours and manage inquiries for visitors. You will contribute to developing tour materials and speeches, and you will expand knowledge about the stock market and its context—Stock Exchange Palace.

You will support event managers across planning, execution, and registrations, with on-site presence at events. Fluency in English and Spanish (B2) and a proactive, autonomous attitude are required.

Formación

• Studies in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, Business Administration or Event Organization.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and global environment with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and personal flexibility.
• Willingness to collaborate and work autonomously paired with good time management skills.
• Very good level of spoken and written English and Spanish (B2 minimum).
• Experience in hosting virtual events is an advantage.

Responsabilidades
