Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of department leaders while learning hands-on.
• Gain cross-functional experience: Support other departments as needed to broaden knowledge of hotel operations.
• Support team collaboration: Assist colleagues to foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Assist GM&E team in preparing personalized offers for clients.
• Respond to all customers — internal or external — professionally, courteously and in line with Hilton Brand standards.
• Learn to work with tools and reports to ensure decisions are data-driven and revenue is maximized.
