Job summary

Sysmex Spain in Barcelona seeks an Events and Marketing Trainee to join the Marketing & Communications team on a full-time internship. The role supports event planning, content creation, and corporate communications across the Iberia region, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

You will assist in planning up to 57 events per year, develop marketing materials, and update presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Degree/Master’s in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating up to 57 events per year (congresses, meetings, corporate events).
• Marketing and Communications Support: Create brochures, invitations, giveaways, and presentations; update content with PowerPoint; manage budgets with Excel.
• Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze post-event feedback and prepare detailed event reports.
