HenryScheinOne is seeking a Talent Partner for Europe to drive recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations and Finance. You will partner with hiring managers and the Head of People to build talent processes, mature market intelligence, and improve candidate experience across multiple countries.

Responsibilities include campus relations, salary discussions and end-to-end recruitment, leveraging ATS and data to inform strategy.

Competenze

• 4-6 years of recruitment experience (in-house exposure preferable).
• Experience hiring a range of Commercial positions (Engineering and Operations is a bonus).
• Mature sourcing skills across a variety of platforms, tools, and methods.
• Credible experience in creating sourcing strategies.
• Experience with ATS systems (Team Tailor, Workday preferable).
• Exposure to data‑driven hiring or reporting.
• Experience with AI tooling is a bonus.
• Speaking fluently Italian & Spanish is mandatory.

• Talent Sourcing & Market Engagement: Design and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract high calibre talent.
• Proactively engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, sourcing platforms, and other channels.
• Own the pipeline management of all direct talent with the ATS for your positions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, articulating the company’s vision, mission and culture.
