Becton Dickinson is building a new European Sales Training & Capability Academy and seeks a Sales Enablement & Capability Trainer to shape how commercial teams learn, develop and perform across Europe. You will deliver high-quality, in-language training tailored to local markets and enable customer-facing teams to translate methodologies into confident customer interactions.

You will facilitate in-person, virtual and blended sessions, coach managers, and partner with leaders to ensure training

Formación

• Strong experience in sales training, commercial capability, facilitation or learning & development.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, both face-to-face and virtually.
• Experience working with or supporting customer-facing teams in a complex, consultative environment.
• Fluent English, at least one additional European language would be a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in an international, matrix environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging in-person, virtual and blended sales training across Europe.
• Facilitate learning for sales teams, and other customer-facing roles, and frontline sales managers.
• Translate sales methodologies and commercial tools into practical, real-world customer scenarios.
• Support managers with coaching tools and reinforcement activities to embed learning in the field.
• Partner with Sales Leaders, Commercial Excellence and cross-functional teams to ensure training meets local business needs.
• Use learner feedback, assessment and adoption data to identify capability gaps and improve learning impact.
• Share best practices and help create and shape a consistent European Sales Training & Capability Academy.
