Job summary

SumUp invites a dedicated Training Specialist to design and deliver live onboarding for Telesales and Account Management across Europe. You will coach reps, develop materials, and measure impact through assessments and shadowing, helping ramp new hires and improve sales performance.

Based in our Barcelona office, this role requires travel in Europe and adapting content for multiple markets and languages, with a strong focus on value selling and practical application.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales training in live settings with facilitation and coaching.
• Background in telesales or account management within fast-paced sales environments.
• Strong knowledge of value selling and turning product knowledge into training.
• Ability to build and adapt training materials including role-plays and assessments.
• Comfort delivering content across markets and languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver live training sessions for Telesales and Account Management.
• Lead new joiner onboarding introducing SumUp's products and core skills.
• Track training impact via assessments and shadowing; adjust sessions accordingly.
• Support new hires and Team Leads with structured follow-ups during ramp-up.
• Partner with EU teams to build programmes that improve sales outcomes and multi-product selling.
• Share best practices with the wider Sales Enablement team across Europe.
