Munich Re Group in Madrid is looking for a Risk Consultant (LH1.2) to join the Madrid Risk Management team. You will support the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the region, coordinating activities in ERM, Risk Communication & Culture, and Compliance & Operational.

The role requires a structured, detail‑oriented professional who is eager to grow within risk disciplines while ensuring high‑quality governance and reporting, with collaboration across cross‑functional teams in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and efficient manner.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and update of the risk management framework, including documentation and reporting.
• Qualitative and quantitative risk reviews, including markets monitoring analysis and risk assessment updates.
• Support regional operational framework updates across ERM, risk culture, and compliance & governance.
• Preparation and issuance of mandates or authorization letters; contribute to RM SharePoint enhancements.
• Assist in audits, GDPR processes, and data protection reviews across regions.
