• Oversee portfolio performance and adhere to standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead the MGA team.

Conocimientos

10+ years' experience in insurance

Experience with MGAs and/or broking

Negotiation skills

Understanding of underwriting standards

Performance tracking frameworks
