Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Public Sector Partnerships Lead to grow government adoption of its AI voice and related products across Europe. You will bridge government institutions and our GTM team, forge strategic relationships, and shape policy campaigns to support revenue growth.

This role requires 10+ years in public/private sectors, a broad European network, and deep knowledge of AI policy, privacy, and digital rights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in public and/or private sector roles with government-facing impact.
• Extensive network across multiple European markets, including EU institutions.
• Proven track record opening doors for technology partnerships with government bodies.
• Experience navigating EU policymaking (e.g., AI Act, GDPR, DSA/DMA).
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate government partnership opportunities across Europe to drive adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with national ministries, EU institutions, and public bodies.
• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events to advance policy goals.
• Advise on policy developments and support internal teams with regulatory insights.
