Keysight Technologies is seeking a Technical Business Development Lead to drive growth across European government agencies and defence-related programmes. You will build strategic relationships, translate technical needs into business solutions, and navigate data sovereignty and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years driving business growth in enterprise technology markets.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical business development with enterprise/government clients.
• Experience with European government agencies, defence organisations, across multiple countries.
• Strong foundation in enterprise networking and cybersecurity.
• English fluency; German/French preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsabilités

• Develop market opportunities with government executives and decision-makers across Europe.
• Qualify opportunities, build pipeline, and engage in complex deals.
• Coordinate with Solutions Engineering for technical demos and PoCs.
• Represent Keysight at EU conferences, industry events, and government briefings.
• Ensure alignment with EU regulatory priorities (NIS2, CRA).
