TXO is seeking an ambitious Network & Engineering Manager for Europe to drive profitable growth and deliver complex transformation portfolios across multiple markets. You will collaborate with the CTO, regional teams and suppliers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and measurable business benefits.

Ideal candidates have extensive programme management experience, strong financial acumen, and fluency in English with additional European languages being advantageous.

Formación

• Extensive experience managing large, complex transformation portfolios and programmes across multiple sectors.
• Proven experience working within a growth-focused business, with telecoms sector desirable.
• Strong financial management experience, including business planning, forecasting, financial reporting and P&L ownership.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse complex data and translate findings into actions.
• Professional qualification or practical experience in MSP, PRINCE2, APM, PMI or ITIL Foundation.
• Strong commercial acumen to review contracts and governance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across a dispersed organisation.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the local point of contact for customers and suppliers throughout bid and delivery lifecycle.
• Work with sales teams to provide commercial support including cost-base development and supplier pricing.
• Define and manage the regional portfolio pipeline; coordinate resources, finance and supplier requirements.
• Support business cases, workforce plans and regional budgets aligned with programmes.
• Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within cost, and to quality, maintaining regional P&L.
• Apply governance, risk and issue management using PMO tools and processes.
• Onboard and manage internal/external suppliers for delivery; review performance reports.
• Align regional reporting with performance metrics, forecasting, and governance.
