TXO is seeking an Network & Engineering Manager for Europe. You will report to the Global CTO and lead cross-functional engagement across operations, finance, customers and suppliers to drive profitable growth and on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will define regional portfolio plans, manage P&L, and partner with Global N&E to align projects with governance, reporting and performance metrics across multiple European markets.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related field.
• Extensive experience managing large transformation portfolios.
• Telecommunications sector experience desirable.
• Strong financial management, including budgeting a nd P&L ownership.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis.
• Professional qualifications in project, programme or service management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; other European languages desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the key local point of contact for customers, suppliers and OEMs/vendors throughout bid and delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales and N&E leadership to provide commercial support, including cost-base development and supplier pricing.
• Define and manage the regional portfolio pipeline with resources, finances and suppliers.
• Support development of business cases, workforce plans and regional budgets.
• Ensure programmes and projects meet time, cost and quality targets and realise business benefits.
• Operate within governance frameworks and PMO tools.
• Apply delivery frameworks for consistent, scalable portfolio delivery.
• Onboard and manage internal and external suppliers for delivery; review supplier performance.
