TXO is seeking a Network & Engineering Manager for Europe. The role reports to the Global CTO and leads cross-functional engagement across Operations, Finance, Customers and Suppliers.

You will drive profitable growth, ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, and maximise realised business benefits. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to define strategy, manage the portfolio, and balance delivery with commercial performance.

Formación

• Experience managing large, complex transformation portfolios across multiple sectors.
• Growth-focused business experience; telecommunications sector desirable.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to translate data into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the key local point of contact for customers, third-party suppliers and OEMs/vendors across bid and delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales teams and N&E leadership to provide commercial support, including cost-base development and supplier pricing.
• Define and manage regional portfolio pipeline with resource, financial, technical capability and supplier planning.
• Assist in developing business cases, workforce plans and regional budgets aligned with the programme pipeline.
