TXO is seeking a Network & Engineering Manager for Europe to steer cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, Customers and Suppliers. You will champion profitable growth, ensure timely delivery, budget adherence and high-quality outcomes, while realising business benefits.

You will work with regional and global leaders to manage portfolios, budgets and supplier performance, driving standardized, scalable delivery across multiple European markets.

Formación

• Relevant degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, engineering or project management.
• Extensive experience leading large, complex transformation portfolios and programmes across multiple sectors.
• Experience in a growth-focused business, ideally telecoms.
• Strong financial management, planning, forecasting and P&L ownership.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and decision support.
• Professional qualifications in MSP, PRINCE2, APM, PMI or ITIL are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the key local contact for customers, suppliers and OEMs.
• Provide commercial support with cost-base development and supplier pricing.
• Define regional portfolio pipeline with resource and supplier planning.
• Support business case development, workforce planning and budgets.
• Ensure programmes deliver on time, cost and quality, with P&L ownership.
• Governance via PMO tools and standardized delivery frameworks.
• Onboard and manage suppliers for programme and project delivery.
• Align regional reporting with commercial performance metrics and governance.
• Coordinate with regional finance for forecasting and cost control.
