TXO is seeking an experienced Network & Engineering Manager - Europe to lead cross-functional engagement across Operations, Finance, Customers and Suppliers. You will drive profitable growth, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and maximise business benefits.

Fluent English and European market experience are essential. The role requires managing large transformation portfolios with strong financial oversight, collaboration with Global N&E and Sales teams, and governance adherence

Formación

• Fluent English required.
• Experience with large, complex transformation portfolios.
• Financial management experience including budgeting and P&L ownership.
• Experience with MSP, PRINCE2, PMI, ITIL or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple European markets.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the regional contact for customers, suppliers and OEMs.
• Provide commercial support with cost-base development and supplier pricing.
• Define and manage the regional portfolio pipeline with resource and financial planning.
• Develop business cases, workforce plans and regional budgets.
• Ensure programmes meet time, cost and quality targets and realise benefits.
• Collaborate to align governance, reporting and performance metrics.
• Onboard and manage internal and external suppliers for delivery.
