TXO is seeking an experienced Network & Engineering Manager - Europe to lead cross-functional engagement across Operations, Finance, Customers and Suppliers. You will champion profitable growth, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality, maximizing business benefits.

You will partner with Global N&E and regional teams to align governance, reporting and supplier management across Europe, including Nordics, Germany and France.

Formación

• Requires relevant degree or professional qualification in business-related fields.
• Experience managing large transformation portfolios across multiple sectors is essential.
• Strong financial management, forecasting and P&L ownership capabilities.
• Fluent English; German or French and other European languages are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as local point of contact for customers, suppliers and OEMs throughout bid and delivery.
• Provide commercial support including cost-base development and supplier pricing.
• Define and manage regional portfolio pipeline with resource, financial and supplier planning.
• Support development of business cases, workforce plans and regional budgets.
• Ensure programmes meet time, cost and quality standards while protecting margins.
