TXO seeks a Network & Engineering Manager to identify and champion opportunities for growth across Europe. You will ensure programmes and projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, maximising business benefits.

The role involves collaboration with global teams, commercial governance, and regional P&L ownership, with a flexible hybrid setup in Europe.

Formación

• Degree or professional qualification in business, finance, engineering or related discipline.
• Experience managing large, complex transformation portfolios.
• Strong Excel skills and financial analysis.
• Fluency in multiple European languages desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for profitable growth and ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Serve as local contact for customers and suppliers across bid and delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions & Services, and Global N&E to provide commercial support and pricing.
• Define and manage the regional portfolio, ensuring resources, financials, and capabilities meet requirements.
• Onboard and manage suppliers and review performance reports and improvement actions.
