Fadata is seeking a Business Development Director, Europe, to lead strategic sales initiatives across the insurance sector. You will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term client partnerships while aligning sales strategies with company goals.

You will report to the Chief Customer Officer and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, collaborating with marketing and product teams to shape messaging and positioning for the European market.

Formación

• 5+ years of sales experience in software, SaaS, or enterprise technology with a focus on insurance.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue, especially growing annual revenues in the mid-to-high seven figures.
• In-depth understanding of the European insurance landscape and regulatory considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing with responsibility for outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a regional pipeline through direct outreach and events.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to convert market feedback into sales messaging.
