Allianz Partners is seeking a Steering Manager Europe to partner with the Head of Regional Digital Sales and drive the execution of digital growth initiatives across Europe. This role focuses on coordinating Operating Entities, aligning cross-country priorities, and delivering regional growth milestones.

You will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, monitor performance, and develop governance and dashboards to support decision-making at the regional level.

Formación

• Experience in project management, steering, and strategy execution in an international environment.
• Strong track record translating strategic objectives into operational plans.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across markets.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate alignment across Operating Entities and market teams.
• Establish governance to monitor regional initiatives and identify risks.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for regional leadership to enable decisions.
• Translate regional strategy into structured execution roadmaps with milestones.
