Fadata is seeking a skilled Oracle PL/SQL developer to join our growing European team. You will design, develop and test database solutions, focusing on scalable PL/SQL code for core insurance software platforms.

The role requires 5+ years of Oracle PL/SQL and database development, with English communication and ability to work across time zones. You will analyze requirements, write specifications and manage your priorities in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Oracle PL/SQL and database development.
• Experience with large databases and insurance software is a plus.
• Fluent English communication.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Experience in insurance industry software development.
• Experience in object-oriented programming languages.

Your responsibilities

• Design, develop and test database solution in PL/SQL.
• Analyze product requirements, develop technical specifications.

What you bring to the table

• BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Oracle PL/SQL and database development.
• Previous experience with INSIS is an advantage.
• Experience with large or very large databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Good understanding of the software development methodologies.
• Experience in software development for insurance industry.
• Software development experience in one or more object‑oriented programming languages.
