You will drive alignment across Operating Entities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and deliver regional growth priorities in a complex matrix environment.

The role emphasizes governance, delivery of actionable plans, and collaboration with Country E-commerce Managers to ensure consistency and success across markets.

Formación

• Experience in project management, steering, strategy execution, or consulting in international environments.
• Strong track record of translating strategic objectives into operational plans.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure regional growth initiatives are translated into actionable plans and executed across countries.
• Coordinate governance and monitor KPIs to support regional leadership decisions.
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for timely visibility of performance.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and align local priorities with regional objectives.
