Eurofins Agroscience Group seeks a seasoned leader to run the Field Europe network, overseeing 30–40 sites and about 300 staff. The Head will drive strategic transformation, operational excellence and growth across Europe, reporting to the Head of Agroscience Services Europe with autonomy to accelerate innovation and performance.

Qualifications

• University degree (MSc) in agriculture or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Over 10 years of experience successfully leading teams and managing full P&L responsibility.
• Commercial skills and customer experience (preferably in agricultural services).
• Fluent English at negotiation level (spoken & written).
• Intercultural competence and proven experience working within international networks and cross-cultural environments.
• Transparent, inclusive leadership style; strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the European Agroscience Services Field strategy.
• Drive profitable growth and market share expansion, with a strong focus on service quality and strategic accounts.
• Position and evolve the service portfolio to anticipate regulatory changes, customer needs, and market trends.
• Partner with Company Managing Directors and Boards to ensure compliance and set long-term objectives.
• Translate commercial strategy into operational levers; ensure scalable, profitable service delivery across laboratories.
