Job summary

Eurofins Agroscience Services Field Europe is seeking a Head of Agroscience Services Field Europe to lead the largest CRO field-station network across Europe, spanning 30–40 sites and ~300 staff. The role requires transforming operations, driving growth, and aligning scientific direction with commercial priorities.

You will report to the Head of Agroscience Services Europe and mentor senior leaders, while traveling 40–60% to manage a distributed network and ensure top-tier client outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree (MSc) in agriculture or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• >10 years of experience leading teams and managing full P&L responsibility.
• Fluent English at negotiation level (spoken & written).
• Intercultural competence with international networks and cross-cultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the European Agroscience Services Field strategy.
• Drive profitable growth and market share expansion with focus on service quality.
• Lead and develop high-calibre leaders and manage succession planning.
• Ensure accountable P&L performance, revenue growth, margins, and cost discipline.
• Foster open communication and a performance culture across countries and sites.
