Job summary

Domestic & General Group seeks a data-driven EU Performance Specialist to turn operational data into actionable insights across Spain, Italy and Germany. You will deliver reporting, dashboards and analysis to support Growth Markets and senior leadership.

This permanent role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, stakeholder influence, and the ability to translate metrics into decisions that improve customer outcomes and overall performance.

In this role, you'll transform operational data into meaningful insight that improves customer outcomes, drives performance, and supports smarter decision-making across multiple European markets. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Analytics, Resource Planning and senior leaders, you'll help answer the key questions: *What's happening? Why is it happening? We particularly welcome applications from candidates based in our Growth Markets locations, including Spain, Italy and Germany, where your local market knowledge and understanding can add significant value. **What You'll Be Doing** Delivering Insight That Drives Action * Develop and enhance reporting and dashboard solutions that provide a clear view of operational, customer, sales and claims performance.* Identify trends, opportunities and risks across markets, explaining the drivers behind performance and recommending practical actions.* Translate complex data into concise, impactful insights for operational and senior leadership audiences. Monitoring Performance & Improving Outcomes * Analyse operational performance across internal teams and external partners, identifying root causes of issues and areas for improvement.* Measure the impact of initiatives, track performance against targets, and support evidence-based decision making.* Develop leading indicators and early-warning measures that help teams proactively address emerging risks. Supporting Planning & Commercial Decisions * Provide analytical support for forecasting, budgeting, capacity planning, target setting and incentive design.* Assess business cases, operational changes and improvement initiatives to ensure investments deliver measurable value.* Connect operational performance with customer outcomes, cost efficiency and commercial performance.
