Actual Talent is seeking a Junior Digital Performance Analyst to support measurement, monitoring and analysis of digital media performance across European markets. You will help ensure data from campaigns and owned media is collected accurately and transformed into clear, actionable insights through GA4 and reporting tools.

You will act as the hub's day-to-day performance monitoring resource, spotting anomalies, assisting with dashboards, and contributing to data-driven decisions across brands,

• Experience in digital analytics and GA4 implementation.
• Proficient in building and maintaining dashboards.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor digital performance across brands, campaigns, and markets.
• Identify anomalies and performance changes; flag issues.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Consolidate data into clear, actionable reports.
• Support GA4 and website analytics tracking implementations.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and executive summaries.
• Support optimisation tests and learnings across channels.
