Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking an EU Performance Specialist to turn data into actionable insights across Spain, Italy and Germany. You’ll develop reporting and dashboards to monitor operational, customer, sales and claims performance and partner with senior leaders.

You’ll analyze cross-market performance, identify trends, and support planning and commercial decisions to improve outcomes and drive growth within Growth Markets.

We're looking for a commercially minded Reporting & Analysis Specialist to help shape the future of our Growth Markets business.

In this role, you'll transform operational data into meaningful insight that improves customer outcomes, drives performance, and supports smarter decision‑making across multiple European markets.

Working closely with Operations, Finance, Analytics, Resource Planning and senior leaders, you'll help answer the key questions: What's happening? Why is it happening? What should we do next?

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and turning numbers into actions that make a measurable impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering Insight That Drives Action

Develop and enhance reporting and dashboard solutions that provide a clear view of operational, customer, sales and claims performance.

Identify trends, opportunities and risks across markets, explaining the drivers behind performance and recommending practical actions.

Translate complex data into concise, impactful insights for operational and senior leadership audiences.

Monitoring Performance & Improving Outcomes

Analyse operational performance across internal teams and external partners, identifying root causes of issues and areas for improvement.

Measure the impact of initiatives, track performance against targets, and support evidence-based decision making.

Develop leading indicators and early-warning measures that help teams proactively address emerging risks.

Supporting Planning & Commercial Decisions

Provide analytical support for forecasting, budgeting, capacity planning, target setting and incentive design.

Assess business cases, operational changes and improvement initiatives to ensure investments deliver measurable value.

Connect operational performance with customer outcomes, cost efficiency and commercial performance.

Partnering Across the Business

Build strong relationships across Operations, Analytics, Finance, Planning and market leadership teams.

Champion reporting consistency, data quality and performance transparency across Growth Markets.

Present recommendations confidently, influencing priorities and helping stakeholders make informed decisions.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who combine strong analytical capability with commercial awareness and the ability to influence others through insight.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience in reporting, business analysis, performance management, workforce planning, operational analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Strong ability to interpret large datasets and convert findings into clear business recommendations.
• Experience analysing operational performance metrics such as service levels, productivity, customer experience, sales performance, complaints or claims.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• A proactive, curious approach with strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capability.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience within customer operations, contact centres, outsourcing (BPO), insurance, financial services or other regulated environments.
• Exposure to multi-country or multi-market operations.
• Experience supporting forecasting, planning or commercial decision-making activities.
