You will build dashboards, identify trends, support forecasting and budgeting, and partner with Operations, Finance and senior leaders to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, analytics or performance management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Experience with multi-market operations and stakeholder influence.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance reporting and dashboards for operational, customer, sales and claims performance.
• Identify trends, opportunities and risks across markets and recommend practical actions.
• Translate complex data into concise, impactful insights for senior audiences.
• Analyse performance across teams and partners to spot root causes and improve outcomes.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, capacity planning and incentive design with analysis.
