Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, business analysis, performance management or similar analytical roles.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and translate into clear business recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Proactive, curious mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance reporting and dashboard solutions that show operational, customer, sales and claims performance.
• Identify trends, opportunities and risks across markets, explain drivers and suggest practical actions.
• Translate complex data into concise insights for operational and senior leadership audiences.
• Analyse performance across internal teams and external partners to identify root causes and improvements.
• Measure impact of initiatives, track performance against targets, and support evidence-based decisions.
• Develop leading indicators and early-warning measures to address emerging risks.
• Provide analytical support for forecasting, budgeting, capacity planning, targets and incentives.
• Assess business cases and investments to ensure measurable value, connecting performance with outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, Finance and market leadership; present recommendations clearly.
