Formación

• Proven experience in project management, business steering, strategy execution, consulting, digital business, e-commerce, or a related field within an international environment.
• Demonstrated success translating strategic objectives into actionable operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple markets and stakeholders.
• Experience operating within complex matrix organizations and influencing without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate regional growth initiatives into actionable plans across countries and operating entities.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and drive mitigation actions.
• Monitor operational and commercial KPIs across the regional perimeter and develop dashboards and executive updates.
• Collaborate with Country E-commerce Managers to align local priorities, operational frameworks, and project milestones with regional objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration with external digital ecosystems, platforms, aggregators, and strategic partners.
