Allianz Partners is seeking a Steering Manager Europe to turn regional growth strategy into actionable plans across multiple markets. You will coordinate regional initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure delivery through global and local teams, driving governance and execution excellence.

Ideal candidates bring a strong background in project management, strategy execution, and stakeholder management within international settings, fluent in English and possibly other European languages.

Formación

• Proven experience in project management, business steering, strategy execution, or related field in international environments.
• Strong track record translating strategic objectives into actionable operational plans with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple markets and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as central coordination point between regional leadership, OEs, and local market teams.
• Foster collaboration across countries to ensure alignment and consistent execution.
• Navigate matrix organizations, influencing without direct reporting authority.
• Partner with Country E-commerce Managers to align local priorities with regional objectives.
