Fuse Energy in Europe is seeking a data centre development leader to own end-to-end market entry, feasibility, energisation, and delivery.

You will evaluate markets across Iberia, Nordics, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany and more; lead planning, permitting, grid connections, financing, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable projects.

Travel across Europe is required; strong technical, regulatory, and financial understanding is essential for success.

Formación

• Experience developing data centres or large-scale infrastructure in Europe.
• Strong knowledge of European planning, grid and power markets.
• Ability to evaluate engineering and infrastructure decisions.
• Experience with project finance structures and investor relations.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and work across jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Own data centre development in Europe end-to-end from market entry to energisation.
• Evaluate and prioritise European markets based on power, grid, land, and incentives.
• Assess sites from technical, planning, power, and infrastructure perspectives.
• Develop grid connection and power strategies with TSOs/DSOs and utilities.
• Structure and support development financing with investors and lenders.
• Lead planning, permitting, environmental assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and development risks.
• Ensure projects are deliverable, scalable, and aligned with construction requirements.
