Job summary

Fuse Energy is seeking an Infrastructure Development Lead to own end-to-end energy projects across data centres, BESS, wind, rooftop and ground-mounted solar in Europe, with focus on Spain. You will evaluate markets, secure land and permits, and coordinate with regulators, developers and lenders.

You’ll source opportunities, negotiate terms, structure PPAs, manage pre-construction and development financing, and run stakeholder engagement. Occasional travel across Europe is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing large energy/infrastructure projects in Europe.
• Strong knowledge of grid connection, permitting and power markets.
• Proven ability to structure PPAs and secure land/leases.
• Strong stakeholder management across landowners, regulators and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end energy project development in Europe.
• Evaluate country markets based on grid, land, permits, incentives.
• Source and secure late-stage projects through M&A and negotiations.
• Lead planning, permitting, environmental assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage pre-construction, procurement tenders, and EPC contract support.
• Mitigate risks and ensure deliverable, scalable projects.
• Run due diligence and maintain live pipeline.
