NES Fircroft seeks an Electrical Technical Manager for Data Centre projects in Madrid, Spain, with regular travel to sites. You will lead electrical design and technical reviews from concept to commissioning, ensuring reliable, energy-efficient, scalable critical power systems for hyperscale data centres.

You will coordinate with mechanical, civil & structural teams and the Infrastructure/Utilities Manager to align with grid interfaces and external power infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical design and technical review from concept through detailed design, construction and commissioning.
• Develop electrical design criteria and technical requirements for Design Director approval.
• Develop and review electrical system architecture, single-line diagrams and power distribution philosophy.
• Review electrical distribution from the site/substation interface through to IT and critical loads.
• Review system capacity, redundancy, resilience and maintainability.
• Coordinate electrical interface with other disciplines during design.
• Support technical discussions with potential hyperscaler, AI and colocation customers.
• Attend project site visits and monitor electrical installations during construction and commissioning.
