Modash is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Barcelona to manage a portfolio of Shopify brands running influencer marketing programs. Responsibilities include building success plans, driving feature adoption, and coordinating with Sales and Product teams. Candidates should have 3+ years' experience in customer-facing roles and excellent communication skills. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
