AgileEngine seeks a Shopify Practice Lead in Madrid to guide ecommerce initiatives from a remote-first base. You will architect store solutions, mentor developers, and collaborate with sales on pre-sales.

Lead client engagements, translate business goals into technical roadmaps, and stay current with Shopify updates, headless commerce, and CRO best practices. Flexible schedule with remote/office options and opportunities to work with Fortune 500 brands.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce
• Proven track record delivering large-scale solutions
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps
• Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
• High proficiency in English

Responsabilidades

• Architect and oversee Shopify stores and integrations end-to-end
• Drive scalable, secure solutions and establish coding standards
• Lead engagements, scope work, and mentor developers
• Serve as primary contact for client portfolio and translate goals into roadmaps
• Provide strategic guidance on conversion optimization and UX/UI
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and marketers to align tech with business
• Stay current with Shopify updates and headless frameworks
• Champion engineering excellence and contribute to e-commerce roadmap
