Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Business Development Director for Europe to drive channel strategy and commercial growth across Europe. You will lead distributor networks, partner relationships and indirect sales while coordinating cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in channel development, senior commercial leadership, and a proven track record of growing revenues across multiple European markets.

Formación

• Significant experience leading channel, distributor or partner networks across multiple countries.
• Experience growing channel performance and delivering commercial growth.
• Experience developing and implementing channel strategies.
• Leadership responsibility for managers and senior commercial teams.
• Ownership of meaningful revenue targets and commercial performance.
• Experience introducing new products, services, channels or go-to-market approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management across regional and cross-functional environments.
• Experience working within complex international organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute European channel strategy

• Evaluate and optimise channel coverage and effectiveness
