Flourish is seeking a Business Development Director, Europe to lead channel growth and strategic business development across Europe, including distributors, OEMs and partners. You will drive aftermarket performance, grow revenue, and optimise partner networks in a complex international environment.

You will lead managers across multiple European markets, influence commercial strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing and operations to deliver growth and governance.

Formación

• Proven track record of growth through distributors, channel partners, OEMs and indirect sales channels.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams in complex international environments.
• Strong channel development, partner management and distributor performance improvement experience.
• Ability to drive growth through influence, collaboration and strong commercial leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute European channel strategy.
• Drive distributor and partner performance.
• Evaluate and optimise channel coverage and effectiveness.
• Identify new routes-to-market and growth opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships and indirect sales channels.
• Ensure strong channel governance and commercial compliance.
• Support the introduction of new products and solutions into the market.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales, marketing, operations and commercial functions.
• Drive execution of strategic projects and remove barriers to growth.
