Wayon Energy is seeking a driven, experienced professional to expand its global presence in the medium voltage products sector. The role emphasizes building and managing an overseas distributor network and direct customer engagement across European markets.

You will lead bids, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term relationships with grid customers.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the European power utility sector.
• Proven success in channel development or sales roles.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
• Existing channel partner network preferred.

We are looking for a driven and experienced to expand our global presence in the medium voltage products sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong channel development background and direct customer engagement experience in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop overseas distributors and channel partners , and actively drive project pipelines to successful completion.
• Directly expand Grid customers of regional , including client visits, Supplier listing, bidding,contract negotiation and signing, payment follow-up, and long-term relationship building.
• Gather and relay customer feedback, coordinate internal and external resources to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Customize and deliver technical/commercial proposals based on client needs, with basic ability to draft or adapt solution documents and explain them clearly to clients.
• Complete other tasks assigned by senior management as part of business expansion efforts.

Qualifications:

• Experience in selling medium voltage products(eg. recloser\distribution transformer\RMU\Switchgear)
• At least 5 years of experience in the European power utility sector , with proven success in similar roles.
• Existing channel partner network or sales resources is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English as a working language;
• Strong resilience, adaptability, and result-driven mindset; willing to work under pressure and pursue goals with energy and commitment.
